Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We strive to provide the best customer experience, which includes offering free shipping on all our products. However, in certain situations, it's important for us to clarify how returns are handled, especially when free shipping is involved:

Incorrect Address Provided by Customer: If a return is necessary because an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, we will need to deduct the original shipping costs from the refund amount. This policy is in place to cover the expenses incurred by our business to ship the product.

  2. Transparent Deductions: The amount deducted for shipping will be exactly what it cost us to send the item to you. There will be no additional fees or hidden charges.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your wall panel for a different color or size, please contact us using the information below. We will be happy to exchange the item within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and any difference in price.

Damaged Items

If your wall panel arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
